Description:
Solid spruce carcass standing on fluted square feet.
Bevelled pilaster strips with volute, hanging and star carvings.
Doors of frame construction and lime wood suspended on hinges.
Fillings richly carved with fruit festoons and tassel garlands, as well as urn vases standing on consoles. The panels are framed with floral carving ending in volutes at the top.
Also ornately carved stop rail.
Semicircular gable with egg-bar frieze typical of the period.
This so-called split cupboard is divisible in the middle. Quite typical for the area!
Condition:
In restored condition, ready to live in. The wood was "soaked" with shellac.
The shelves have been rebuilt.
