Cupboard in solid oak standing on ball feet.
Two-door corpus with curved coffered corner slopes.
Sides also coffered, dowelled joints.
Upwardly curved doors with carved musical instruments in festoon suspension suspended on fitsch hinges.
Slightly sprung volute gable. Crowning urn vase decorated with flowers and garland.
Original lock. Original fittings.
Three supplemented shelves inside.
In the 18th century, the art of furniture reached its peak in terms of both stylistic refinement and perfection of craftsmanship. Probably no furniture of such perfection and preciousness was ever created later.
Condition:
Restored to living condition, free of worm infestation.
