Description:
Rectangular box in solid mahogany.
Carrying handles on the sides and a small lockable drawer. Diagonally cut lid, resulting in a sloping desk when opened.
The two parts of the desk with cover flaps, these covered with red leather with punched edges.
Recessed compartments for ink and pens.
In the photos you can also see a similar writing case made of rosewood with brass inlays.
Condition:
Restored to living condition, absolutely authentic state of preservation.
