Ash
Biedermeier around 1835
Dimensions: H x W x D: 205 x 136 x 66 cm
Description:
Two-door wardrobe standing on elegantly curved legs.
All surfaces are veneered in ash on softwood, the panels are neatly mirrored. The symmetrically laid grain pattern ensures calm and harmony in the overall appearance of the wardrobe.
Accents are set by the pilasters on the pilaster strips. They have elaborately carved capitals and are veneered in herringbone.
The key plates in the shape of a coat of arms as well as the edging strips of the filling fields contrast with the warm colour of the wood in discreet black.
Inside the wardrobe, which can be completely dismantled, there are four shelves.
The doors as well as the sides and the back wall of the wardrobe are made in frame and panel construction. As a result, the wardrobe does not show any distortion or warping.
The dimensions are each measured at the widest points from the cornice.
