Antique ornamental table

Description:
Rare small ornamental table or side table. Tripod with a balustrated central foot.
On top the round table top with extraordinarily fine marquetry. The outer wreath depicts blossoms and flowers. In the central motif we see a bird with oak leaves in its beak and two butterflies.
The marquetry is executed in light wood (probably maple) and bone.

Rare object in very nice quality.
