France
Cherry tree
first half 19th century

Dimensions:
H x W x L: 79 cm x 87 cm x 200 cm (+ 2 x 92 cm).

Description:
Country house table or inn table from Normandy.

Straight legs, slightly tapering towards the bottom.
Frames with curved ends, mortised into the legs and fixed with wooden dowels.
Two extensions made of cherry wood with partly quite strong patina extend the table to a total of 384 cm. Both extensions can also be used separately. See photo. The extensions are stable and suitable for everyday use.
Two practical drawers, each on the front side.

Beautiful patina also on the main table top and underframe!

This table is absolutely versatile. When pushed together it comfortably seats 6 people, when extended it can seat up to 12 people.
The table is well suited for families with children because the oiled surface is easy to clean and robust against dirt and liquids.
The solid cherry wood looks both noble and rustic at the same time. The beautiful, naturally grown patina of the wood brings cosiness and warmth to your dining area.

Condition:
Restored condition ready for living, cracks in the wood have been professionally closed, the surface is oiled and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The wonderful patina has been completely preserved. There are clearly visible traces of age and use. These signs of age have been expertly restored and make the piece of furniture absolutely authentic.

Price: This table is already sold. I offer similar models for 3900,-€ to 4300,-€. Please feel free to ask!
