Description:
Portal-like structure of gilt bronze.
Pedestal standing on chiselled round feet.
Group of figures depicted in bas-relief. A standing couple facing a woman sitting on a stool.
Clockwork supported by fluted columns.
The columns are crowned with vases, the clockwork case is enthroned, also in bas-relief, by an angel with arrows in his hands.

The movement is typical of the period, with a lock disc striking mechanism and thread suspension. Strike on bell on the half and full hour. Beautiful bright bell sound.
Enamel dial. Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the quarter hours. Dial signed Kupfer Schmid á Fribourg.
Very short pendulum in the shape of a half moon.

Condition:
Movement overhauled, bronze cleaned. The clock runs reliably.
