We restore antiques from all eras. These include Baroque, Louis XVI (Classicism), Biedermeier, Empire, Louis Philippe, Wilhelminian and Art Nouveau.
In our restoration workshop we take care of antique furniture such as chests of drawers, cupboards, display cabinets, tables, chairs, secretaries, desks, sewing tables or buffet cupboards.
The furniture is either veneered or made of solid wood. As a rule, we use shellac for fine woods such as cherry, walnut, mahogany, ash, birch, beech or maple. Oak and softwood (pine, spruce, fir) are usually sealed with oil or wax in consultation with the customer.
