Description:
Antique library cabinet with impressive dimensions and slender proportions.
A three-door base with discreetly protruding mouldings stands on a small plinth. Above the doors, which are made in frame and panel construction, we see three drawers.
The top is also three-door, although the doors here are glazed. The glass surfaces manage without any glazing bars, the three very large and original glass panes are absolutely rare and very impressive.
The left and middle doors interlock by tongue and groove when closed, and the huge original bar lock thus locks both doors.
Inside there are five height-adjustable shelves.
Please also note the video below this text.
For transport, the top can be completely dismantled, the base remains in one piece.
Condition:
Restored and polished with shellac. Beautiful age patina. All moving parts function perfectly.
The shelves were no longer available at the time of purchase and have been rebuilt.
