Elegant backgammon game table, so-called Tric Trac Table.
Solid mahogany legs on small castors and brass sabots. The legs are beautifully curved and profiled in typical Louis-Philippe style.
The frame is veneered in mahogany. The veneers are laid in a mirrored pattern.

The backgammon board in the table is made of partly green and partly natural ivory on an ebonised base.
On each of the outer sides there is a drawer for storing pieces, dice or similar items.

The loose cover plate is covered with felt on one side, ideal for dice and card games. The other side is covered with the original leather, wonderfully authentic with great patina.

Two original brass candlesticks are included.

Condition: Refinished condition. Shellac hand polish.
